Add butter and olive oil to a large skillet.Add in onion and saute for ⏱️ 4-5 minutes or until it starts to brown and become tender.

Stir in ginger and garlic and cook for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes.

Add in the spices: garam masala, cumin and chili powder and stir to cook the spices for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes making sure to stir frequently.

Add in the crushed tomatoes to the pan. Bring to a simmer and cook for ⏱️ 10 minutes.Meanwhile heat up your meatballs if they are store bought (the fastest way we have found is to heat them in the air fryer)

Stir in the heavy cream and toss in the meatballs. Serve immediately with fresh chopped cilantro or parsley for serving.
