In a medium bowl, stir ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup ketchup, 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard, 1 Tbsp. pickle juice from the jar, 2 tsp. honey, 2 tsp. hot sauce, ½ tsp. garlic powder, ½ tsp. onion powder, and ½ tsp. smoked paprika. Taste and adjust seasoning. Do Ahead: Burger sauce can be made 5 days ahead; keep chilled.
