Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the ends of each zucchini then cut them in half lengthwise.

Using a spoon scoop out the center of the zucchini including the seeds.

Place zucchinis in the bottom of a casserole dish. Place in the oven and bake for ⏱️ 15 minutes.

Meanwhile in a medium bowl combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder and onion powder.
