Start cooking the pasta as directed on the package.

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat, add the onions, carrots and celery, and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 5-8 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute.

Add the broth, hot sauce, cream, cheddar, cheese, blue cheese, chicken, hot sauce, and ranch seasoning, bring to a simmer and let the cheeses melt into the sauce.
