Mix the beef, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper, and form 4 patties.

Cook the patties by grilling, or pan frying, or broiling, until cooked through, about ⏱️ 3-5 minutes per side.

Place the mozzarella on top and let it melt.

Assemble the burgers in the buns with the tomato mixture and enjoy!
