Brownie Energy Bites
Brownies… but make them snackable. These brownie energy bites are rich, chocolatey, and perfect for a quick sweet treat straight from the fridge.

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. If mixture looks too try add a bit more water (1/2 tablespoon at a time).

Place in the refrigerator for ⏱️ 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll. Roll bites, I usually get between 10-12.

Melt chocolate: Add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for ⏱️ 30-60 second intervals until melted.

Dip energy bites into melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Place back in the fridge or freezer to firm up the chocolate then enjoy for up to a week! You can even freeze these as well!
