Preheat oven to 425 degrees F; then spray a baking dish or sheet pan with cooking spray.

Core, peel and dice the apples; then add them along with the pecans to a mini food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Next, add the honey and cinnamon; then pulse again until a paste is formed.

Place the Brie on top of a clean surface (like a cutting board); then top with the apple mixture.

Cover the Brie with the dough; making sure that all of the cheese is covered so it doesn't ooze out onto the baking dish.

Place the wrapped wheel of cheese, seam side down in a baking dish or sheet pan; then bake for approximately ⏱️ 15-20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Remove from the oven, transfer to a cheese serving platter and serve hot.
