Start by combining the ground pork, maple syrup, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl; then mix well.

Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat; then spray with cooking spray.

Divide the pork into twelve portions; approximately 2-tablespoons each.(I found it best to form them like you would a meatball).

Place as many as you can fit into the pan; then flatten them a bit to form a disc. Spray the tops with cooking spray; then cook for approximately 2 1/⏱️ 2 minutes per side.

Using a meat thermometer, ensure that the internal temperature is at least 160 degrees F. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel lined plate to remove any excess oil; then repeat until all of the sausage has been cooked.
