Melt candy wafers according to package directions. Transfer to a small zip-top bag and cut a small hole in one corner. Drip over the rims of two 3-ounce cocktail glasses. Chill until firm.

Combine cognac, crème de cacoa, cream, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold, about ⏱️ 15 seconds. Strain into prepared glasses. Garnish with nutmeg.
