Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Add broccoli, garlic and Boursin cheese to a large sheet tray or casserole dish.Drizzle with olive oil.

Place in the oven and bake for ⏱️ 20 minutes or until the broccoli is golden brown and tender.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water. My pasta took ⏱️ 8 minutes to be al-dente. Reserve 3/4 cup of the pasta water.

Add the cooked pasta to the broccoli cheese mixture and toss to coat. Start by adding 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water. Add more as needed.Season with salt and pepper as need and serve and enjoy!
