On the rocks:

To an old-fashioned glass filled with ice, add bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Using a bar spoon, gently stir.
Campari (see note 2)1 ouncesweet vermouth (see note 3)1 ounce

Twist orange peel above the drink, and add as garnish.

Up, no ice:

In a mixing glass, add bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Top with ice. Stir for ⏱️ 30 seconds using a long spoon.

Strain out cocktail into a chilled martini glass or coupe. Twist orange peel above the drink and add as garnish.
