Preheat the broiler. Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until slightly crisp, about ⏱️ 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel–lined plate and break each slice in half.

Combine the ground beef, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and a few grinds of pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. Form into 16 patties, about 3 inches in diameter. Place on a broiler pan or a wire rack set on a rimmed baking sheet.

Broil the patties until just cooked through, 4 to ⏱️ 5 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Spread the slider buns with ketchup and mayonnaise. Place the patties on the buns and top with the lettuce, tomato and bacon. Skewer with toothpicks.
