Berry Porridge
This berry porridge is the perfect winter warmer to enjoy for breakfast on a cold morning. The berries turn the porridge a lovely pink colour and add a delicious fruity flavour, with the coconut yoghurt creating a creamy texture. We love to top it with some smooth peanut butter and coconut chips, but you could add fresh berries or coconut yoghurt as another alternative.

Place all of the ingredients into a small pan over a medium heat and cook until a creamy, thick and warm porridge forms, this could take from ⏱️ 5-10 minutes. If the mixture ever becomes too thick, stir through another dash of almond milk.

Spoon into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings; we love to top this with some coconut chips and a drizzle of peanut butter.
