Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is even browned. Drain the excess fat.

Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add the tomato sauce to the beef and simmer on low for ⏱️ 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

In a mixing bowl combine the sour cream and cottage cheese. Add the noodles and stir to coat.

Spread half of the noodle mixture into the prepared baking dish, spread half of the ground beef mixture over the noodles, and top with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers ending with the cheese.
