Soak beef liver in the milk for ⏱️ 1-2 hours

Prepare noodles according to instructions on the package.

Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl and run each piece of liver through it to coat.

Heat a 12" skillet over medium heat with oil. Add liver and sear for ⏱️ 30 seconds per side.

Remove the meat and add the garlic, vegetables, sesame seeds and almonds. Cook until the veggies begin to soften.

Stir the meat back in and add the sauces. Continue cooking until meat is cooked through.
