Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, scallions, eggs, half of the bbq sauce, cheese and seasonings. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in an oven safe baking dish. Brush the remaining BBQ sauce generously over the top and sides of the meatloaf, ensuring that it is fully coated.

Place the meatloaf in the oven and cook for about ⏱️ 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Remove the meatloaf from the heat and let it rest for ⏱️ 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
