Mash banana until smooth.

Add oats, milk, banana and vanilla extract to a pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce to a simmer and cook for ~⏱️ 3-5 minutes until the oats thicken, whisking occasionally with a fork or whisk.

Once most of the liquid is gone and your oats are thickened to your liking remove from the stove, top with any desired toppings and enjoy!
