Banana Ice Cream
This is the simplest, easiest, one-ingredient dessert. You just need lots of ripe bananas, and possibly some cinnamon if you like a little spice. It tastes like soft-serve ice cream and goes with just about everything from brownies to banana splits and ice cream sundaes.

Simply remove the bananas from their skins and slice them into pieces.

Place them in the freezer for at least ⏱️ 6 hours or overnight.

When you are ready to serve the ice cream, place the frozen banana pieces into a food processor or blender.

Pulse until smooth and creamy, about ⏱️ 5 minutes. At this point, add a pinch of cinnamon (if using) and pulse again to mix through.

Serve the ice cream straight away as it melts very quickly, or spoon into a sealed container and place into the freezer.
