Banana Bread Syrup

In a pot on the stove, add water, maple syrup, sliced banana, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer. Cook for ⏱️ 2-3 minutes.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 5 to ⏱️ 10 minutes before adding it to the blender.

Add heavy cream and syrup to the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment. Beat cream on medium speed until soft peaks form about ⏱️ 2-3 minutes, set aside until ready to use.
