Banana Bread Energy Balls
These are the chewiest and gooiest of our energy ball recipes, thanks to the addition of banana. The banana cacao combination is so delicious too. I like these as snacks throughout the day, but also as on-the-go breakfasts on busy mornings.

Place the almonds in a food processor and blend until it begins to form a flour like consistency.

Add in the oats, banana, dates, chia seeds and cacao powder (if using). Blend again until a sticky dough forms.

Scoop out tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls using your hands.

Roll the balls in your chosen topping (if using) and place in the fridge for ⏱️ 30 minutes to firm up.
