Roll out your pizza dough roll on a clean countertop. Make it as thin as possible without it tearing. Cut it into approximately 2 by 3-inch rectangles.

Add a scoop of sauce, a pinch of cheese, and 2-3 mini pepperonis to the middle. To fold, grab opposite corners and fold over the top like a croissant.

Then, take the opposite corners and fold into the middle to close off the openings.

Transfer to a well-seasoned cast iron skillet before baking on the center rack at 400°F for approximately ⏱️ 25-30 minutes. Once the dough begins to turn golden brown on top, remove it from the heat.

Let cool ⏱️ 3-5 minutes before enjoying!
