Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. If you would prefer to use a whole egg then scoop out some of the avocado flesh. (You don't have to do this if you are using egg yolks)

Fill each avocado cavity with the egg then place in the air fryer basket and cook for ⏱️ 4-5 minutes or until the egg looks set (the egg yolk will still be runny)
