Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Slice bacon strips in half.

Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on the brussels, then carefully wrap each brussels sprout with bacon, being sure to overlap the edges slightly.

Brush or spoon maple syrup over each bacon wrapped brussels sprouts and place on the prepared baking sheet.
