Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and fit with a wire rack; set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons water; set aside.

Use a small knife to halve each date lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Remove the pits if necessary. Scoop ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon Heluva Good! Bacon Horseradish Dip in each date, depending on the size. Do not overfill. Pinch the dates closed to seal in the filling.

Wrap a piece of bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick before placing on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for ⏱️ 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and use a pastry brush to brush each date with some honey-pepper glaze.

Return the dates to the oven and continue to bake until the bacon is shiny and crisp, 5 to ⏱️ 7 minutes more. Remove, and let cool slightly (they will be very hot) before serving with more Heluva Good! Bacon Horseradish Dip for dipping.
