Avocado Crema, also known as avocado cream, is a creamy and refreshing sauce that adds a luscious touch to any dish! Using ripe avocados, tangy lime juice, cilantro and a few extra ingredients, you can get a vibrant green sauce that is perfect to drizzle on tacos, burrito bowls or salads!

Add all of the ingredients to a small food processor or blender. If needed add a drizzle of olive oil to thin out the crema (you could also use a splash of water too)

Serve this avocado cream with tacos, burrito bowls, salads and more!Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just make sure to cover the top of the crema with plastic wrap to keep it from browning.
