Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together bread and 3 tablespoons oil on a rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt. Toss together asparagus and 1 tablespoon oil on a second rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until bread is toasted and asparagus is crisp-tender, 8 to ⏱️ 10 minutes; cool.

Whisk together vinegar, dill, and remaining 1/3 cup oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato, onion, cucumbers, bread, and asparagus, and toss to combine. Add parsley, basil, and arugula, and toss to coat. Serve immediately or chill up to ⏱️ 4 hours.
