Asian Skillet Chicken and Broccoli

Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet; then add the diced pieces of chicken. Saute the pieces until they are cooked through; approximately ⏱️ 5-7 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce.

Combine the soy sauce, honey, orange juice, garlic, chili paste and cornstarch in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.

Add the broccoli to the pan and cook for another ⏱️ 1-2 minutes until the broccoli turns bright green, but still crunchy.

Next, break apart the Ramen noodles, add them to the pan; then add the sauce and mix together. (You can keep the Ramen seasoning packet to use as chicken bouillon for other recipes)

Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low and simmer ⏱️ 5-7 minutes until the noodles have softened; then serve hot.
