Artichoke & White Bean Bruschetta
Make the most of jarred artichokes with this quick and easy starter or canapé, which comes together in just 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled generously with fresh basil for extra flavour and a pop of colour. We like the mix of haricot beans and artichokes for extra protein and body, but feel free to leave out the beans, if you prefer.

Place the artichoke hearts, beans and lemon juice into the bowl of a food processor and blitz to create a rough, slightly chunky paste. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Heat a griddle pan over medium–high heat. Once hot, griddle the bread for ⏱️ 2 minutes on each side, until lightly charred.

Remove from the pan and spread each piece of bread with several spoonfuls of the artichoke and bean mix. Serve sprinkled with fresh basil.
