Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a star-shaped cake pan or a standard 9x13-inch sheet pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat 1 cup softened butter and granulated sugar on medium-high speed for ⏱️ 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Scrape down the bowl, then stir in 1 tbsp vanilla extract.

On low speed, add dry ingredients in three parts alternating with milk, starting and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.

Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for ⏱️ 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool in pan for ⏱️ 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

For the frosting, beat 2 cups butter on medium speed for ⏱️ 3 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar, then heavy cream and remaining vanilla. Whip on high for ⏱️ 3-5 minutes.

Tint 2/3 of the frosting pink. Spread white frosting on the cake surface. Pipe pink vintage shell borders using a star tip.

Decorate with pearl sprinkles and paint 'Aquarius Baby' in the center using gold luster dust mixture.
