Place the ham cut side down in a large baking pan and cover in foil.

Bake in a preheated 250F/130C oven until a meat thermometer read 130F, about ⏱️ 3 hours.

Cut crisscrosses around the ham in 1 inch intervals and stud the ham with cloves in the intersections.

Mix the apricot jam, brown sugar, mustard and orange zest and glaze the ham with 1/4 of it.

Continue to bake the ham until it reaches 140F, about and hour, basting every ⏱️ 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let rest before carving.
