Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Using kitchen shears, cut each biscuit into 4 equal parts and place in a mixing bowl. (There are eight rolls in a package so you will have 32 cut biscuit pieces). Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

Next, scoop out 4 pieces of dough with some of the apples and walnuts and place in a nonstick muffin pan. Repeat for all.

Bake for β±οΈ 18-20 minutes until the dough puffs up and is cooked through. Remove the rolls from the pan, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar (optional) and eat warm.
