In a medium-sized skillet add vegetable oil about 1 inch up from the pan and heat over medium-high heat.

Slice the apples into 1/4 inch slices.

Dip the apple slices into corn starch and add them to the hot oil. Fry for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes until they start to soften. Carefully remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.
