Place the porridge oats, soya milk, shelled hemp seeds, chia seeds, apple, raisins and cinnamon into a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4–⏱️ 5 minutes until the milk has absorbed and the porridge is creamy and piping hot.
