Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add in apples and saute for ⏱️ 3-4 minutes over medium high heat or until the apples start to get tender. Sprinkle in cinnamon.

Add in the oats and water then cook on medium high heat until almost all of the liquid has absorbed and the mixture has thickened, ⏱️ 3-4 minutes.
