Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F. Add the oat milk, egg and vanilla to a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.

Next, peel, core and thinly slice the apples into thin pieces. Add the apples to the bowl along with the brown sugar, cinnamon, oats and pecans; mix well.
