Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Core and slice the apples into 1-inch rings; then line the bottom of your baking dish and place the pork loin on top of the apples.

Pour the apple cider over the meat; then season the top of the meat with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven ⏱️ 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reads at least 145 degrees F. (I take mine out at 150 degrees F; then allow to rest ⏱️ 10 minutes to finish cooking before carving).
