Despite the fact that my weekend was pretty busy, I managed to find the time to make a nice breakfast. I have been enjoying pancakes for breakfast on the weekends recently and this weekend apples

Mix the flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Mix the maple syrup, milk, egg, butter and apple sauce in another bowl.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients.

Mix in the rolled oats and apple.

Heat a pan and melt a touch of butter in it.

Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan and cook until the surface starts to bubble and the bottom is golden brown, about ⏱️ 2-3 minutes.

Flip the pancake and cook the other side until the bottom is golden brown, about ⏱️ 1-2 minutes.
