Almond Oat Breakfast Bars
Our oat bar recipes have been so popular that we decided to come up with some new recipes. Roasted almonds work amazingly here to provide the perfect crunch, whereas the medjool dates stay nice and chewy. These almond oat breakfast bars are perfect as an afternoon snack, or breakfast on-the-go.

Place the dates into a food processor, along with 2/3 of the oats, oil, pumpkin seeds, cacao, brown rice syrup and salt.

Blend until completely combined.

Once combined, add the last of the oats and the roasted almonds.

Give everything another very quick whizz to mix through.

Spoon the mixture into a line baking tray and smooth over using a spoon.

Place in the fridge to set for at least an hour before cutting into equal bars.
