Almond & Peanut Butter Popcorn
Popcorn is such an easy and delicious snack. This version is covered in almond butter, peanut butter and maple syrup, to give it the most amazing sweet and salty contrast in flavours. It’s the perfect snack to share with friends and is seriously moreish!

Start by making the popcorn: simply melt the 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in a big pot and then add in the corn kernels. Keep the lid on the pan as the corn pops!

Keep shaking the pot to make sure nothing burns at the bottom.

After a few minutes once all the kernels have popped, pour the popcorn into a big mixing bowl.

Then make the topping by heating a small pan of boiling water and placing a heat proof bowl on top on a medium heat.

Add the coconut oil, almond and peanut butter to the bowl and stir gently as it starts to melt.

Once fully melted, stir in the coconut sugar and maple syrup.

Then pour the topping over the popcorn, giving everything a good mix and making sure each piece is covered!
