Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl; toss to coat.

Cover and chill for at least ⏱️ 1 hour (the longer the better - overnight will get you the best flavor.) Remove from the fridge and let stand at room temp for ⏱️ 30 minutes before cooking.

Drain and discard marinade.

Preheat air fryer to 400F.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and dump the mixture into the basket. Cook for ⏱️ 5 minutes, shake, then cook for another 3 to ⏱️ 4 minutes. The meat should be tender and slightly charred.

Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve on top of cooked white rice, if desired.
