Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, add squash, olive oil, and salt and pepper (I like at least 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper). Toss to combine. Transfer the squash to the basket of an air fryer and arrange in a single layer (work in batches if necessary).
