Wash, scrub, and dry the potatoes.

Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF (204ºC) for at least ⏱️ 3 minutes, or according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Cut each potato in half or quarters, depending on their size. You want each piece to be about 1 inch. Place the potatoes in a large bowl.

Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
