Place all potato wedges in a large bowl of cold water. Place in the refrigerator for ⏱️ 30 minutes.

When chill time is complete, pour olive oil and all seasonings into a large gallon sized Ziploc bag. Place potato wedges in the bag and shake to coat the wedges entirely.

Place the wedges inside the air fryer. If they are touching one another, that’s okay. Cook at 400 degrees for ⏱️ 20 minutes.

When cooking time is complete, remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese and parsley.
