Air Fryer Pan Pizza
Making an air fryer pan pizza means you don't have to heat up your large oven for one of our favorite dinnertime foods.

Allow your pizza dough to come to room temperature.

Drizzle a little olive oil on the air fryer baking pan. Brush the oil so it covers the entire pan and gets in the corners. If using a basket-style air fryer, lightly grease a 7-inch or 8-inch cake pan that fits in your air fryer basket.

Stretch out the pizza dough to fit the shape of your pan. Transfer the dough to the pan pressing it to reach the edges of the pan. Dock the dough by piercing holes in the crust with a fork and brush the dough with olive oil.

Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 to ⏱️ 60 minutes. If your air fryer oven has a warming function, pre-heat the oven to 120°F. Turn the oven off and place the pan in the oven to proof for about ⏱️ 30 minutes.

Air-fry the pizza crust at 400°F OR in the air fryer basket for ⏱️ 10 minutes, until the crust is lightly browned.

Carefully remove the pan from the air fryer and flip the dough over in the pan. Brush the edges with olive oil and spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch perimeter around the edge. Top with the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and any desired toppings you like. Sprinkle a little dried oregano over top.

Return the pizza to the air fryer oven to the middle position, OR the air fryer basket, and air-fry at 375°F for ⏱️ 12 minutes until the crust is browned and the cheese has melted.

Let the pizza rest for ⏱️ 5 minutes. Using a spatula, transfer the pizza to a cutting board. Cut into squares or wedges and serve hot.
