Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket lightly with the nonstick cooking spray.

Pat each mahi mahi fillet dry with a clean paper towel.

Then, brush the top of each fillet with the olive oil and sprinkle the sea salt on top.

Lay the fish inside the basket of your air fryer and set the temperature to 380°F for ⏱️ 8-10 minutes.

While the fish is cooking, make the salsa. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mango, jalapeno, onion, and lime juice. Stir to combine.

When the fish is done cooking, use a fork the check and make sure the inside is flaky and opaque. You can also use an instant read thermometer to ensure that the inside of the fillets reach a temperature of 145°F.

Serve the fish hot, with a generous serving of the mango salsa on the side.
