Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl toss together all the ingredients (except the parsley) so everything is well coated in the oil and seasonings.

Dump it all in your air fryer and try to arrange the potatoes so they're laying on the air fryer basket flat, cut side down, this allows them to get a bit golden.

Air fry at 400°F for ⏱️ 5 minutes, give it all a shake (no need to have the potatoes flat again), and air fry another 4 to ⏱️ 5 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender and the kielbasa is slightly charred.

Toss with the fresh chopped parsley and serve.
