Preheat air fryer to 400 degress. Pat cod filets dry with a paper towel. In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Drizzle filets with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning blend, coating all sides evenly.
