Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, rosemary, and red pepper in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place chicken, skin sides up, and garlic in air fryer basket. Spray chicken skins with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Air fry in batches, removing garlic halfway through, until chicken is cooked, 20 to ⏱️ 25 minutes.

Remove garlic from skins and chop. Add to lemon juice mixture, and stir to combine. Serve chicken with sauce.
