Roughly chop your cabbage into large pieces or slices (you don’t want to shred or cut the cabbage too small that they will fall through the openings of your air fryer basket).

Place the cabbage in a medium mixing bowl. Add the butter or ghee, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.

Transfer the cabbage to your air fryer basket. Set the time to 350°F for ⏱️ 6 minutes.

After the ⏱️ 6 minutes are up, open the basket and toss the cabbage gently.

Set the timer to cook for 4-6 more minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted and slightly browned. Be careful that it doesn’t burn.
