Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. Cauliflower florets cooked in the air fryer until crispy then tossed in buffalo sauce and butter! 📝 Preparation Steps

Lightly grease the cooking basket of the air fryer with non stick cooking spray. Add in cauliflower florets and cook at 375 degrees for ⏱️ 15 minutes.

Toss the cauliflower and if they need to be a bit more crispy add back in for ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Meanwhile in a small saucepan heat the buffalo sauce. When it's nice and hot take off of the heat and add in the cold butter whisking constantly until the sauce is thick and smooth.

When the cauliflower is done cooking add it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce on top and toss to coat.

Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing for dipping!
